Welcome to the website for UKTC (United Kingdom Taekwon-do Centres) in Northern Ireland Whether you want to learn a martial art, keep fit, practice sparring, lose weight or just continue your TKD training, we have clubs in leisure centres in Bangor (County Down), Belfast, Crumlin and Ballynahinch The chief instructor for Northern Ireland is Mr. Leo Maguire (IV degree). Our secretary, Prof. Kalin (II degree), is the Vice-Chairman of TANI (Taekwon-Do Association of Northern Ireland) which is the recognised governing body for Taekwon-Do in Northern Ireland. UKTC enjoys the position of being affiliated to the true ITF organisation as recognised by the International Olympic Committee (IOC). UKTCNI clubs follow the ITF syllabus and are closely affiliated to Master Harkess (VIII degree) who is a Member of the ITF Executive Board
