*IMPORTANT* - For Microsoft Internet Explorer users who are having trouble logging in!
If you are having problems logging in and can see this no-entry sign (above) double click on it
Double click on the text which is highlighted in red above
Make sure the option "Always allow this site to use cookies" is selected.
Now press "OK" and "close" on the window underneath.
Explanation: All Microsoft Internet Explorer users should add our site to their trusted sites, in order to allow cookies (you can set your browser to accept all cookies if you like, but this way is more secure)
If you can't get it to work using the above method, try the following steps:
- Go to the menu Tools, Internet Options, click on the security tab
- Select Trusted Sites (the one with the green tick)
- Click on the "Sites" button, next to Trusted Sites
- untick "require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone"
- type startlogic.com in the first white blank space ("add this web site to the zone")
- press the "add" button, then OK, and OK again to close the Internet Options box
Apologies for the inconvenience, we are working on a fix for this - it only affects IE users, Firefox users seem to be unaffected.
